The Cancer Society's Tobacco Control team works closely with groups at a national level such as the Health Sponsorship Council (HSC), Te Reo Marama (Maori Smokefree Coalition), the Smokefree Pacific Action Network (SPAN), the Heart Foundation, the Quit Group, Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) and the Smokefree Coalition.  We also work with groups beyond the health sector including the Federation of Family Budgeting Services.  The CSNZ is represented on the:

At a local level Cancer Society Divisions are active members of local smokefree coordinating groups and through these forums work closely with other organisations.

 

At an international level the Cancer Society cooperates with the International Union Against Cancer (UICC) and is a member of the Framework Convention Alliance, an international coalition of NGOs working to promote an evidence-based Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.
