Reducing your cancer risk

We advocate for healthy public policy and promote lifestyle choices.  We work collaboratively with other community groups and organisations.   

Being smokefree, practising sunsmart behaviour, eating a healthy diet, limiting alcohol consumption, and being active as part of every day life, can help reduce the risk of developing some cancers and other chronic diseases.
