Support Services
An experienced support services team provides support and information to people in their own home or community.
- The service is available for anyone with cancer, especially at difficult times such as diagnosis, relapse or during treatment.
- Referrals are accepted from the individual, health professionals or friends and family members.
- Referrers must have individual's consent.
- Referrals are made by phone, email, fax, by calling into the Cancer Society rooms or through the Information Helpline.
- Our service offers care and support that complements your health care services.
