Daffodil Day takes place on the last Friday of August every year.
This event relies totally on volunteer assistance and much work is done prior to the day with the making up of resources, telemarketing of pre sold daffodils, delivering the daffodils and assisting with the day its self.
Special events and community fundraising surround the day and week prior.
