How can we help you???

Massage & Relaxation- Jill Faulkner - the 1st Thursday and 3^rd Thursday of each month, 10am—4pm, and offers massage and relaxation therapy sessions for people living with cancer.  Sessions are for ½ hour and bookings can be made at reception or by phoning 356 5355.

Support Lunch On the last Wednesday of each month from 12—2pm a lunch is provided.  This is an opportunity to support and meet new people who are living with cancer or undergoing treatment.  All welcome.

Look Good Feel Better- Look Good Feel Better sessions are make-up workshops for women who are currently having treatment.  These workshops are also open to those who are now in remission.  These are usually run every 6 weeks— on a Tuesday from 10.30am—1pm.  These are very popular and everyone comes away buzzing!!  Bookings are a must—to register for this please call Joan on 356 5355. 

Living Well Programme - This is a six week programme facilitated by trained health professionals.  The course is designed to help you, your family and friends understand and cope with cancer.  For further information please call 356 5355. 

Women’s Cancer Support Services This is a support group for women living with, or who have experienced cancer.      For further information please contact Joan  

Lymphoedema Support Group This support group meeting is held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 5:30 pm.  Women are also advised to wear Lymphoedema sleeves when travelling (flying) — these are available on loan from Addis House. 

Meditation and Relaxation with “Demo” – Demo offers her service free of charge.  Her sessions are monthly on the 4th Thursday of the month. 

Men’s Support Group -  Meets on 1^st Wednesday of the month at 7 pm at Addis House.  There is usually a guest speaker. 

Carers Workshop – 

Library/Videos -  The Cancer Society has a large selection of library books, videos and information on cancer which are available on loan.  If you have any questions or simply would like to talk to us, please do not hesitate call us on 356 5355.
