About Us

The Taranaki Centre is here to help you manage the impact of cancer in your life. We are dedicated to reduce the incedence of cancer and ensuring the best cancer care for everyone in our Taranaki region. Our comprehensive range of services are designed to help patients, carers, friends and family deal with cancer while maintaining a positive future outlook and making the most of living in the present.  


Taranaki Centre was legally incorporated in 1937 and is a membership based organisation of around 300 members.  We are based at the TSB Cancer Support Centre in Lorna Street
