We are a non-profit organisation that receives no direct financial support from the Government. We are funded by bequests and donations from the public as well as fundraising activities.

• We carry out our own fundraising and use volunteers wherever possible to minimise costs

• We do not employ fundraising companies or pay commission, and do not engage in paid telemarketing or door to door collecting

The donations we receive go towards vital scientific research into the causes and treatment of all types of cancer, as well as providing a wide range of support services, information, health promotion and education programmes to reduce cancer risk, awareness campaigns and programmes for people affected by cancer. The money stays in the region where it was donated unless stipulated otherwise by the donor.
