Help for You
We support people with cancer, their family/whanau and friends. A range of services are provided by the regional divisions and centres.
Cancer Information is Available
We provide a telephone support and Cancer Information Helpline 0800 CANCER (226 237) staffed by nurses, booklets, pamphlets, DVDs, signposting to credible internet sites.
Support for You and Others
You can talk with trained nurses, counsellors, psychologists or a person who has had a similar experience to you. There is a range of support groups, programmes, workshops, seminars and online forum available.
Kia Ora - E te iwi
Are you interested in offering a kaupapa Maori cancer support programme for delivery to Maori by Maori?
The Cancer Society of New Zealand has been working collaboratively with Iwi and Maori Health Providers from around Aotearoa to develop a Kaupapa Maori programme to be delivered to Maori by Maori. We hope you will be interested in providing Kia ora - E te iwi for your whanau.
